If you get the attached error while publishing an App, then please update the access mode of the dataset(s) mentioned in the error message.

Update the access mode of the dataset to ‘Read Write’ with the below steps:
a. Select the container and click on ‘Data’ panel.
b. Click on three dots menu of the dataset -> Set Access -> Read Write
